Founded in 2014, Snapask is an Edutech company that provides professional and reliable tutoring services to students. Over 4 million students in 9 Asian countries have access to our service - Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Korea, and Vietnam. On Snapask product, you can access online classes, intensive courses, exam tips and homework support for Primary and Secondary students with any device.
Snapask have to keep strong bounding with our target audience - high school student and tutors. In order to reach the goal, we have to create more interactive content for students and try to enhance their interest in study. It wasn't easy, cause we only have four brand designers in Taiwan. Design Requests keep increasing in a crazy speed from different countries every week. Fulfill marketers' demands had become my priority when I join the Snapask team. So here's the challenges I got most often during 2018 - 2019.
"Maybe we should use the illustration system more elastically. Especially on Ramadan, we usually use a lot of green on visuals."

In order to support 8 countries at the moment, the brand story system was still had a large space to be developed.
When telling a story in learning scenarios, Mascot Eve and the stationeries might came into mind first.
